- We only service / repair / program commercial two way radios and associated equipment along with specialized programming of older proms, eproms and eeproms. We do not service or repair any type of consumer electronic equipment.
- A Service Authorization Number
must be obtained prior to sending any radio in for repair or
programming. Please contact us via e-mail or telephone to obtain a number. We have found that by using a Service Authorization Number we can schedule our work more efficiently and continue to provide the service that you have come to expect over the past
22 years.
- Any equipment that arrives without a Service Authorization
Number will go to the end of the line and will be repaired / programmed when
all other radios are done.
- Equipment purchased from Brinkley Electronics always receives first priority.
