New Programming / Repair Policy Effective July 15, 2006       

Dear valued customers -

In the past we have always informally scheduled your radio programming and repairs along with providing a not to exceed price estimate and an anticipated date when the radios would be completed. 

Over the past few months we have received numerous shipments of radios for programming and / or repair work that arrived unannounced and has created a considerable backlog.

As a courtesy to our regular customers we will now issue a Service Authorization Number for any radio being sent in for repair or programming.  The issue of the Service Authorization Number will allow us to continue to provide the service that you have come to expect over the past 18 years.

Radios that arrive unannounced (without a Service Authorization Number) will go to the end of the line and will be repaired / programmed when all radios with Service Authorization Numbers have been completed.
